We understand that it can sometimes be challenging to bring your dog or cat to the clinic, and in some cases, a trip to the veterinarian can cause a lot of stress to pets. To help make veterinary care more accessible to all our patients, we offer mobile services for routine veterinary care within the town limits of Olds.
Whether your pet needs a routine exam, their vaccinations are due, or it's time to start parasite prevention our veterinarians can travel to you.
We offer appointments for mobile care Monday to Friday during our regular clinic hours.
Please note that we do not offer mobile emergency care.

When are mobile services available?
Our mobile veterinary care is available Monday through Friday during our regular clinic hours.

How do I make payment for mobile services?
Our veterinarians will bring a debit / credit machine to your home. Otherwise we accept e-transfer, credit cards over the phone or payment in person.
All fees are due at the time of service.

Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
You may request an estimate at any time. Please do not hesitate to discuss costs with your vet during your appointment.

How do I prepare for a mobile appointment?
Please provide detailed directions if you are not easily located with Google Maps.
Please ensure that we have easy access to your home and that we have a place to park our vehicle so that we are as close to our equipment as possible.

How can I prepare my pet for their appointment?
You can prepare for a home visit by having a clean, well-lit space where the veterinarian can perform your pet's exam.
It may help your pet to have their favourite treats / toys easily accessible.
You can also help your pet prepare for the appointment by getting them used to being in the area the exam will be performed and working on your pet allowing you to touch any sensitive areas. This training, called cooperative care, is beneficial in clinic or during a home exam. If you would like to learn more about cooperative care, reach out to our team today.

What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the space in our schedule to other clients.
There may be fees incurred with a late cancellation of an appointment. The office will provide further details when scheduling.
